Return Policy

We strive to provide our customer with quality products.

> Our hope is that you are always satisfied with Glorashop’s cosmetics products. At times some products need to be returned, therefore please review the following information:

> Our products are eligible for return within 14 days from purchasing date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

> To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

> Shipping and handling costs associated with returns are not refundable unless the received product or products is / are damaged.

> Reason for return should be written on the printed receipt’s front side, along with the email address used at the purchased time.

> Only products purchased at glora.us are eligible for return

> Tracking information shall be carefully recorded by the customer a refund can’t be issued unless the returned product is received; Phoenix Cosmetics it is not responsible for any returned lost packages.

> Returns will be process within 1 to 3 weeks from received returned product.

> Returns will be credited to the original method of payment used at the purchased time.

> Kindly asking to allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to be reflected in your credit card / or whatever your method of payment was used at the purchase time.

> Kindly asking to avoid sending C.O.D as this is not accepted as return.

PRODUCT EXCHAGE POLICY

> Any product or merchandise that is defective or damaged and unused is eligible for exchange, please review exchange related details below:

> Any products purchased at glora.us are eligible for return within 30 days from the purchase time.

> Kindly asking for shipping the product back, along with the purchase receipt, please write clearly what is the required exchange item, if there are price differences we will reach out to you for further arrangements and clarifications.

> Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

> Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges related and are not subject to refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

> Shipping and handling accidents may occur, an item may be damaged or misplaced or swapped therefore any item in the circumstances previously described are eligible for replacement; please get in touch with use at customer_care@glora.us and include in the subject line: damaged item

SHIPPING POLIICY

> Purchased items are shipped in batches 3 times a week.

> Our aim is to ship purchased items as fast as possible and whenever is possible and with no additional costs.

Further details to consider for returns and exchanges

> Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

> If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

> If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

> Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

> Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

> If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer_care@glora.us

Sale items:

> Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

> We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer_care@glora.us and send your item to: 2202 Merrymount Dr , Suwanee, GA, 30024, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
